               Project Manager – Sanitation

​

General Description:

Responsible for supporting the management of sanitation projects, ensuring that all stages are executed within the defined deadlines, costs, and quality standards. Will work in collaboration with technical teams and senior managers to develop solutions aligned with client needs, promoting efficiency and sustainability in projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

  • Assist in the preparation and review of technical documentation, reports, and presentations.

  • Ensure compliance with technical and regulatory standards applicable to sanitation projects.

  • Participate in meetings with clients and stakeholders, recording minutes and consolidating relevant information.

  • Support risk management efforts and propose solutions to mitigate issues that may impact project progress.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement technologies and methodologies (such as BIM) in sanitation projects.

  • Manage small work fronts, suppliers, and partners, ensuring integration with the project while focusing on the control of deliverables and contracted services.

  • Contribute to the development of technical and commercial proposals under the guidance of the responsible manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Sanitary Engineering.

  • Basic knowledge of project management (PMP or Scrum certification is a plus).

  • Familiarity with management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.

  • At least 5 years of previous experience in projects related to basic sanitation, infrastructure, or related areas.

  • Basic knowledge of technical drawing software (AutoCAD, Revit) and BIM tools.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Organized, proactive, and team-oriented profile.

  • Residence in São Paulo or surrounding areas.

Differentials:

  • Hands-on experience in sanitation projects (e.g., water distribution networks, sewage collection, treatment plants).

  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ABNT, CONAMA).

  • Technical English for reading manuals and documents.

              Civil Engineering Intern (2 Positions)

General Description:

We are looking for Civil Engineering students, from the 5th semester onwards, to join our team and support the development of infrastructure and sanitation projects. The intern will have the opportunity to apply academic knowledge in a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative environment, gaining practical experience and developing essential technical skills for professional growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing technical documentation and reports on infrastructure and sanitation projects, ensuring clarity and accuracy of information.

  • Perform administrative tasks, including project organization, planning, and logistical support for meetings and presentations.

  • Assist in the development and analysis of budget spreadsheets and project schedules using tools such as Excel and MS Project.

  • Support report preparation, including data collection, systematization, and presentation through graphs and tables using Microsoft Office tools.

  • Collaborate in reviewing and updating projects in AutoCAD and Revit, suggesting improvements and adjustments according to project and construction needs.

  • Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and suggestions to optimize administrative and project execution processes.

Requirements:

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Civil Engineering or a Technical program in Construction or Infrastructure.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD.

  • Knowledge of Revit.

  • Familiarity with MS Project.

  • Strong skills in writing reports and creating well-structured spreadsheets.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.

  • Proactive attitude and leadership profile are desirable.
